| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料研究法、调查法、专家访问法、因子分析法和回归分析等方法,对北京市优秀男子跳高运动员的12项专项身体素质与专项运动成绩的关系进行分析,研究表明,助跑速度因子、专项弹跳因子、腿部爆发力因子、基础力量因子中的4项指标(30米行进间跑、助跑摸高、4步助跑单足五级跳、负重深蹲)与跳高运动成绩之间关系较为密切。本论文建立了运动员专项成绩的预测模型,从而为教练员、运动员控制监督训练效果提供帮助和指导。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,investigations,interviews with experts,factor analysis,and regression analysis,this paper tends to explore the relationship between the data of twelve various specialized body-conditions and performance results of the excellent male high jumpers in Beijing.The research shows that the four norms among approach velocity factor,professional bounce factor,leg break-out force and professional basic force factor are closely related with the results of high jump.This study has built a predictive mode for athletes' specialized results and given help and guidance for coaches as well as athletes in controlling the effect of training. |
