| 摘 要： | 高校的发展主要依赖核心竞争力的提升，但是我国民族地区高校核心竞争力普遍不高，主要表现为缺乏适合自身发展的办学理念，缺乏特色的学科，缺乏强大的师资队伍以及缺乏创新的管理体制。从社会经济发展水平，人才流失以及高校与政府之间的关系是导致这种现象的主要因素。要提升民族地区高校核心竞争力需要从科学的自我定位，建设有创新精神的师资队伍和正确处理高校与政府关系等方面着手。

| Abstract: | The development of colleges and universities mainly depends on the promotion of core competitiveness. However, the core competitiveness of colleges and universities of our national region is usually low. And it is mainly manifesting on lacking of the concept of runing a school, which is suitble for the colleges and universities, lacking of characteristic discipline construction, lacking of vigoroao teacing staffs and innovative management systems, etc. Social economic development lever, and the relationship between colleges and universities and government are the main reasons. To promote the core competituveness of colleges and universities of our national regions must begin from setting up the reasonable serf-positioning, building innovative teaching staffs and dealing with the relationship between colleges and universities and government. |
