| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校仍然存在办学理念不明确、资源整合乏力、办学特色不突出等问题，推进新建地方本科院校的办学特色，需要加强学科建设、培育特色学科，优化专业结构、培育特色专业，构建特色课程，实施特色教学。

| Abstract: | There are still problems such as the ideas of running a school are not positive, resources integration are weak and the characteristcs of running a school are not outstanding existing in newly-established local colleges. To promote the characteristic of running a school, we need strengthen discipline construction, train characteristic course, optimalize specialty structure, construct characteristic curriculum and implement characteristic teaching. |
