| 摘 要： | 我国科技期刊网络化发展中存在着质量、文件格式、定价、过刊保存、版本、知识产权保护、信息安全、网络技术及收费等问题。构建多元化上网途径,加强质量控制,统一文件格式,强化对网络期刊的知识产权保护,是科技期刊网络化发展过程中必须解决的问题。

| Abstract: | There are some problems of quality,papers style,fixed price,overdue journal preservation,version,intellectual property protection,information security,network technology and collecting fees etc.existing in network development of Chinese science and technology journals.Constructing diversification ways of surfing the net,enhancing quality control,uniting paper style and strengthening the knowledge property protection of network journals are problems that must be solved in the process of network development. |
