| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南文化创意产业发展的现状问题进行分析,结合国内外创意人才培养的经验,湖南高校在艺术类专业创意人才教育中应转变以技能教育为主的人才培养目标,强调人文教育;在打破传统学科专业划分的基础上,以跨学科的＂课题制＂方式构建新的教学体系;强调设计实践中高校如何与企业建立合作,打造＂工作室＂制度的共同研究机构;整合、利用网络共享的教育资源,打造高校艺术类专业的合作教学与课程网络平台,从而促进教育的互动发展,为培养创意人才提供良好的教育支持。

| Abstract: | By analyzing present situation problems of Hunan culture originality industry development,combining the experience of talent cultivation at home and abroad,suggestion on the talent cultivation of originality industry in Hunan is as following： Hunan universities should change talent training target in art originality talent education,emphasize humanities education;on the basis of breaking traditional disciplines,construct a new teaching system with interdisciplinary ways;emphasize the cooperation of universities and enterprises in design practice,create a common research institution of ＂studio＂ system;integrate network education resources utilization,create cooperation teaching and course network platform so as to promote the interaction development of education and provide a good education support for training talents. |
