| Abstract: | Defects exist in the law reform of facilities units,which have affected the thorough development of the reform of facilities units.The reform of facilities units must fit the requirement of law characteristics of facilities units,limit government＇s management function,pay great attention to legal suitable equality,pay great attention to legal value orientation and guarantee the right of procedure. |
