| Abstract: | This article illustrates the important role being played by a teacher in charge of a class on the process of the quality nourishment of college students. Through the illustration of class adviser's role on college student's nourishment of humane quality, spirit and ability of innovation, the author gives future discussion over the problem-how to promote the comprehensive qualities of college students through the role of class-in-chief. |
