| 摘 要： | 伴随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展,社区建设被提上了城市现代化建设的日程,对社区管理人才的需求越来越旺盛。本文从当前社区管理人员的素质现状出发,深入分析社区管理人员应具备的素质,并提出了社区管理人员的培养模式。
