| 摘 要： | 贵州藉教育家肖文灿先生的办学思想是:学校是培养人才的圣地,教师应具有真才实学,办教育不能怀有杂念;他的数学教育、教学思想是:认真严谨,一丝不苟并创立了“连环备课法”;他的治学精神是:学业精诚,知识浩若烟海;他认为师生关系是皮与毛的关系。

| Abstract: | Mr.Xiao Wencan is an educator of Guizhou origin.He thinks that school is a holy place to cultivate talents,so teachers should be equipped with genuine knowledge and unselfishness,be earnest and read extensively.He initiates the way of "chain lesson preparing".He believes that knowledge is as wide as the ocean,and the relationship between teachers and students is just like the one between skin and hair. |
