| 摘 要： | 起源于美国的诊所式法律教育在2000年前后引入我国，但尚未普遍展开。诊所式教育的推进面临着被学院式教育同化、建设资源匮乏、学生时间投入不足等问题。其主要原因在于我国法律教育理念缺乏主体性价值、传统教育目标和教学评价体系的限制以及司法考试制度的片面引导。为此，在中国推进诊所式法律教育的基本思路在于建设资源的多元化、法学教育体制的改革及司法考试制度的改革。
