| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to improve the quality of a magazine, to better the ser vice and to promote multi-path propaganda, so as to enlarge the readership cove rage of a sci-tech periodical despite the more and more violent competition amo ng the sci-tech periodicals, and to make the periodical an ever-winner. |
