| 摘 要： | 管理信息化成为国际航运市场竞争的重要手段，引起国际航运企业的广泛关注。根据软件工程学原理并结合开发实践，分析了在国际航运企业管理信息系统的开发过程中应考虑的开发策略、企业流程再造、系统规划、开发方法、系统集成等问题；并介绍了国际航运企业管理信息系统的运行机制、组织机构和应用前景。

| Abstract: | Developing management information system has become an important competition means in the international shipping market. Most of the international shipping enterprises have paid close attention to it. According to the software engineering principle and developing practice, this paper discusses the problems that should be taken into consideration during the development, such as development tactics, business process redesign, system planning, development approach, system integrating, etc. Meanwhile, in this paper rules and regulations, when the developed information system is put into operation, are introduced such as organization framework, application outlook. |
