| 摘 要： | 普通高校中青年教师是高校第一线工作的中坚力量，他们的健康状况直接关系到教育质量的优劣．通过问卷调查法、数据统计法、文献资料法等对河南省普通高校中青年教师的健康问题进行了分析与研究，并提出了相应的对策．
