我国男子十项全能运动员齐海峰备战北京奥运训练策略研究

摘    要:运用灰色关联分析法,对2006年6月法国国际田联十项全能比赛前3名运动员比赛成绩主因素的分析,探讨我国十项全能优秀选手齐海峰运动成绩增长的规律及其训练策略。研究得出:1.齐海峰的积分主要是依靠100m、跳远、400m,而铅球、铁饼与标枪等投掷类项目较差,是影响运动成绩的主要因素。2.与世界优秀运动员相比,齐海峰应以速度训练为主,将投掷项目作为十项全能成绩增长的突破口,重点发展专项能力与速度-力量素质。3.通过灰色预测程序GM(1,1)模型,预测2008年齐海峰的最好成绩将达到8478分,是2008北京奥运夺牌争金的新希望。

Abstract:By using the analytical method similitude-and-dissimilitude,this paper analyzes the main factors of the competition performance of the top three decathlon athletes in the French ITFF in June,2006.And then explores the rules of score increasing and training tactics of Qihai-feng.The result shows as follow: 1.his score mostly depends on 100m race,long jump and 400m race,while his shot,discus,javelin and other throwing item are a little weaker,which mainly affect his performance.2.Comparing with other excellent athletes,he should pay special attention to the speed-training and take the throwing item as a breakthrough to increase his scores,then give more attention to develop special ability.3.throught this method,we can forecast his highest scores will reach 8478, and probably win championship in 2008 Olympic Games.
