| 摘 要： | 随着篮球运动的快速发展,各队在训练中越来越重视对防守的训练,比赛中通过具有攻击性的防守及防守阵型的突然变化,扰乱攻方进攻节奏,给攻方造成心理压力.利用这种战术反败为胜的例子屡见不鲜.本文通过对紧逼防守、区域防守等防守战术的变化及训练谈一些看法.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of basketball,the defense training will be emphasized by each basketball teams.More and more cases show that the defense side can successfully win the games instead of losing it by using such an attacking tactics and the sudden changing of defense matrix,because these can disturb the rhythem of the attacking side and strengthen their mental pressure .This passage illuminate some views throng the changing and training of thedefense tactics,such as"press hard on" tactics. |
