| 摘 要： | 高等教育科学发展观形成于我国高等教育事业坚持科学发展观的改革实践中。它是在科学发展指导下,关于高等教育的本质、目的、内涵和要求的总体看法和根本观点。高等教育科学发展观的精神内核是以人为本,重要特征是全面协调,基本战略是可持续发展,根本方法是统筹兼顾。在此基础上,文章深入论述了高等教育科学发展观的内涵与本质及其理论与实践意义,分析了坚持实践高等教育科学发展观的基本要求,并且将坚持高等教育科学发展观运用于我国高等教育事业的改革发展实践进行了全面的分析和阐述。

| Abstract: | The outlook of scientific development for higher education, formed in the practice of persistent adherence to the outlook of scientific development for higher education across China, is an overall view and basic idea on the nature, aims, connotations and demands of higher education under the guidance of scientific development. The ideological core of the outlook of scientific development is putting humans first, its key feature is an overall coordination while ist basic strategy is the sustainable development and its fundamnetal approach lies in the overall consideration and all-round attempts to further expound the connotation of the outlook of arrangement. In view of the above, this paper scientific development for higher education and its theoretic and practice significance, analyzes basic demands for a persistent adherence to the outlook of scientific development for higher education, and narrates thoroughly the persistent application of the outlook of scinetific development for higher education in the reform of higher education in our country. |
