摘    要:以巯基试剂5,5'—二硫对硝基苯甲酸(DTNB)为试剂,分光光度法研究了人血红细胞膜蛋白巯基与顺—二氯二氨合铂(Ⅱ)(顺铂,CDDP)、反—二氯二氨合铂(Ⅱ)(反铂,TDDP),顺—二氨二水合铂(Ⅱ)(水解铂,CAAP)、顺—二碘二氨合铂(Ⅱ)(碘铂)、顺—二氨—1,1—环丁二甲酸根合铂(Ⅱ)(卡铂,CBDCA)的相互作用的速度,其结合能力为:碘铂>反铂>顺铂>水解铂>卡铂同时探讨了DTNB的光敏特性。

Abstract:The interaction of the platinum complexes with the sulfhy-dryl of erythrocyte membranes was studied by UV-spectrophotometry.We used 5,5-dithiobis (2-nitrobenzonic acid) (DTNB,Ellman'sregent) to determine the content of the sulfhydryl, The result indicated that these platinum complexes can combine with the sulfhydryl, The abilityof combination is as follows:cis-Pt (NH3)2I2>trans-Pt (NH3)2C12>cis-Pt (NH3)zCl2>cis-Pt (NH3)2(H2O)2] 2 >carboplatin It can be concluded that the combination of the platinum complexes with the sulfhydryl is related with its cell toxicity. The photosensitivityness of DTNB was also investigated
