| 摘 要： | 以江泽民为代表的党的第三代领导集体在改革开放和现代化建设的伟大实践中,坚持并丰富和发展了邓小平理论.在社会主义初级阶段所有制理论问题上,党的第三代领导集体从五个方面对邓小平所有制理论进行了创新和发展一是基本经济制度的新理论,二是公有制主体地位的新思想,三是国有经济进退的新思维,四是混合经济的新创见,五是公有制多种实现形式的新论断.这些创新和发展使我们党在理论上对初级阶段所有制的认识达到了新的高度,成为在新时期高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜的光辉典范,是实践"三个代表"思想的重要理论创新.

| Abstract: | During the great practice of modernizing construction under the reform and open door policy, the 3rd generation of the Party's leading body headed by Jiang Zemin has maintained, enriched and developed Deng Xiaopin g's theory. For the issue of ownership in the preliminary phase of socialism, the 3rd generation has innovated and developed Deng's theory of ownership largel y in five ways, namely, a new theory in economic system, a novel thought in public ownership as the main body, an innovative thinking in the rise and fall of national economy, an creative view in mixed economy, and finally a new thesis in realizing the public ownership by a variety of means. These innovations and developments have reached a new height of our Party's theory in the perception of ownership in the preliminary stage of socialism as a brilliant example of holding the great banner of Deng Xiaoping's theory in the new age and an important theoretical innovation of bringing the thought of the "three representatives" into practice. |
