| 摘 要： | 近年来研究探索性创新与开发性创新之间的相互关系及其对企业绩效的影响正逐渐成为学术界的热点。西方学者已经做了不少开创性工作,通过对这些开创性工作的梳理,回顾了两种创新形式的内涵界定、相互关系表现以及两种创新得以协调发展的可能途径,考察了两种创新形式对企业绩效的影响,总结了现有研究在资源适配性、协调机制以及特定创新能力获取上的不足,并对未来研究进行了初步展望。

| Abstract: | Recently the research on relationship between exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation and their affect on business performance have become hot issues in academic world.Western scholars have done a lot about above issues.This paper reviews such literatures and examines the connotation,relationship and the possible way of coordination development about exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.Then the effect of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation on business performance is reviewed in this paper.The results show that extant research is inadequacy about resource fitness,coordination mechanisms and innovative capability acquisition,and these can be the future direction in this field. |
