| 摘 要： | 企业如何通过战略联盟实现有效的价值创造,是联盟管理者必须关注的问题。重点分析了战略联盟控制方式对于价值创造效率影响的属性,并进一步探索了这些影响是如何在联盟过程中变化的。基于对365个中国企业间联盟关系的调研数据,运用结构方程模型对相关假设进行了验证并讨论了本研究的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | In practice,the failure of alliance is not unusual.The phenomenon applies that it is very difficult to convert the potential of an alliance to real value.The essential of the problem is how to achieve successful value creation in alliance.The focus of the paper is to explore the impacts of control mechanisms on the value creation in alliance,and how the impacts evolve in cooperation process.With data from a survey including 365 local alliances,we test the hypotheses with SEM. |
