信息不对称状态下企业间科技人才共享风险分析

摘    要:从信息不对称角度入手,界定了企业间科技人才共享的范围,在充分研究现有文献的基础上,应用信息不对称理论,将科技人才共享过程的经济学因素进行合理的抽象和假设,重点分析了信息不对称状态对共享风险的影响,并研究了共享人的不利选择和双方的道德风险所带来的经济组织间科技人才共享过程的风险成因和规避措施。建立了科技人才共享的风险模型,在分析共享过程风险成因的基础上,提出了降低外包风险的途径,以期为企业间科技人才共享决策提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the full study of the existing literature and the perspective of information asymmetry,this paper defines the sharing scope of sci-tech talent among enterprises,gives some reasonable abstraction and assumptions on economics factors of the process of sharing sci-tech talent,focus on the state of asymmetric information on the shared risk.The study shows the risk causes and avoidance measures in the process of sharing sci-tech talent among enterprises by adverse selection and the moral hazard brought by the economic organizations.Based on analysis of the causes of the process of sharing risk,this paper establishes a risk model of sharing sci-tech talent,gives some methods to reduce sharing risk,provides a reference for decision-making in sharing sci-tech talent.
