| 摘 要： | 当代中国三十多年的制度改革取得了巨大的经济成就,也解放了人、发展了人,但同时也凸现了一些社会矛盾。改革的探索中我们已经确立了中国特色社会主义制度,现在应该由制度改革向制度建设转变。制度建设是在中国特色社会主义制度框架内的改革。相对于制度改革,制度建设有自身不同的特征,有自身演变的规律。用生产力标准、社会正义标准和人的自由全面发展标准对制度建设成效进行评判和检视是保证制度建设不断推进的重要环节。

| Abstract: | The institution reform in the past over 30 years has given rise to tremendous economic achievements;it has also emancipated and developed human beings,but at the same time some social conflicts occur.The exploration of reform has already established the Socialist Institution with Chinese characteristics,and it is now the time to transform it from institution reform to its construction.The construction is further reform within the general institution framework.However,compared with institution reform,institution construction has its unique characteristics and evolution law.Proper judgment and inspection of the construction results from the perspectives of productivity standard,social justice norm,and man’s free,comprehensive development,is a key means for guaranteeing the successive progression of the institution construction. |
