| 摘 要： | 领队作为管理者和服务者,在优秀运动队中发挥着非常重要的作用。分析认为,领队思想政治工作在优秀运动队管理中处于核心地位,具有长期性和反复性、综合性和间接性、艰巨性和复杂性3大特点,分别阐述了优秀运动队领队工作的原则与方法,以期为优秀运动队的管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | As the handler and server,the captain plays important role in an excellent sports team.it is analysised that an excellent captain＇s ideological and political work take the core position in the management of an excellent sports team,and it＇s provided with three major characteristics as long-term and repeatalility,comprehensive and indirect,difficulty and complexity,they elaborat the principles and methods for the captain in the management of sports teams as reference. |
