| 摘 要： | “商业银行营管理”作为金融工程专业必修课之一,具有综合性、应用性、实践性等特点。基于目前该课程在教学过程中存在的重理论轻实践、重规范轻创新等问题,本文提出将OBE理念融入教学全过程,转变角色、更新理念,以成果导向反向设计课程教学,切实提升教学水平,不断提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | "Commercial Banking Management"is one of the compulsory courses of financial engineering.It has the characteristics of comprehensiveness,application and practicality.Based on the current theory,the theory emphasizes theory,light practice,re-standardization and light innovation.This article proposed to integrate the OBE concept into the whole process of teaching,by changing roles and updating ideas as well as implementing results-oriented reverse design courses,achieve the goal of effectively improving the teaching level and continuously improving the quality of teaching. |
