摘    要:“双一流”建设对高校人才培养提出了更高的目标及挑战。社会经济发展离不开创新,“双一流”建设、“健康中国”等国家重大战略实施以及医疗卫生事业的整体发展与深化教育体制改革的需求,要求临床医学研究生不仅要培养扎实的临床实践技能,还要提升创新思维及创新能力。本文探讨了在当前“医教协同”培养模式下,临床医学专业学位研究生培养现状及问题,并分析问题产生的原因,结合“双一流”建设提出的创新性人才培养目标,有针对性地提出相应的改进策略。以期能为临床专硕人才培养机制改革及临床专硕研究生教育质量的提高提供参考和借鉴。

Research on Improving the Training Quality of Innovative Talents of Masters of Clinical Medicine in the Background of the"Double First-rate"Construction

Abstract:The"double first-rate"construction raises higher goals and challenges for talent training in universities.Social and economic development is inseparable from innovation.The implementation of major national strategies such as the"double first-rate"construction,"Healthy China",the overall development of the medical and health undertakings and the deepening of the education system form,require postgraduates of clinical medicine not only to develop solid clinical practice skills,but also to improve innovative thinking and innovative capabilities.This paper discusses the current status and problems of the training of postgraduates of clinical medicine under the current training model of"medicine-education collaboration",analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes the corresponding improvement strategies for the targeted training of innovative talents,hoping to provide reference for the reform of the training mechanism for professional degree talents of clinical medicine and the improvement of the training quality.
