| 摘 要： | 为实现转型跨越发展，山西电大确立了：“稳定规模，提高质量，拓展培训，服务社会”的基本发展思路。贯彻《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》精神，借鉴国内外成功经验，建设山西开放大学，为构建山西省终身教育服务体系搭建载体，服务于山西社会经济的发展。

| Abstract: | To realize the leap - forward development of TV University transformation, Shanxi TV University establishes the basic development plan of ＂stabilizing the scale, improving the quality, expanding the training and serving the society＂. We will seize the opportunity, implement the spirit of ＂the educational reform and development plan outline for medium and long term＂ , use the successful experience of domestic and abroad, and build Shanxi Open University, thereby building carrier for the construction of lifelong education system of Shanxi province in order to better serve to the development of Shanxi social economy. |
