| 摘 要： | 启发式教学模式是以素质教育目标为基础,运用多种教学手段,推导出相应的教学内容设计和教学结构、过程、方法设定的有机整体。文章通过启发式教学的基本理论,分析了人力资源管理课程的启发式教学思路,从而有效激发学生的学习热情,提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The heuristic teaching mode is based on quality education goals, uses a variety of teaching methods, and deduces the organic whole set of appropriate teaching content design, structure, processes, and methods. This article through the use of the heuristic teaching basic theory, analysis of heuristic teaching ideas in human resources management courses, so as to effectively stimulate students＇ enthusiasm for learning, and improve the quality of teaching. |
