| 摘 要： | 我国自20世纪80年代在东南沿海地区逐渐出现产业集聚现象以来，产业集群（集聚）现象越来越普遍。90年代以来，国内学者对产业集群的研究也越来越多。本文在此背景下，首先介绍产业集群的内涵界定，并从三个层面对我国产业集群发展的战略政策进行分析，以给相关政策提出一定的借鉴建议。

| Abstract: | Industrial clusters become widespread in China since they appeared gradually in Southeast China in the 1980s.And there are more and more scholars researching on industry clusters since the 1990s.The cluster ideas begin to appear in local economic development strategies. This article firstly introduces the industrial cluster, then from three levels, analyzes the development of China＇s industry cluster strategy and policy recommendations cart be used as reference, at last comes to that industry cluster strategy is a proven regional economic development strategy conclusions. |
