| 摘 要： | 指标体系评价法是定量分析方法之一,指标体系评价首先就是指标的选择和指标体系的构建.通过在对县域可持续发展的指导思想和构建原则进行分析的基础上,结合县域的基本特点,根据县域的发展目标,参考已有的研究成果,建立了县域区域经济、社会和资源环境协调发展下的可持续发展评价指标体系的基本框架. |

| Abstract: | The index system is one of the evaluation method,which means firstly the choice of indicators and the index system.The paper analyzed the ideology and principles of sustainable development on county system.With the basic characteristics of counties,the paper built up a county regional economic,social,resource and environment evaluation framework of index system according to the county's development goals with reference to existing research results. |
