优化体育教学促进大学生心理健康的实证研究

摘    要:针对目前大学生心理健康状况,结合体育教学的学科优势,对大学生心理健康进行有效的干预,试图构建适合大学生的优化体育教学课程体系,并对其效果进行了实证研究,实验结果显示实验班的学生在人际关系因子、抑郁因子、焦虑因子等的得分上比实验前有显著性下降,且优于对照班。表明本次实验研究设计的优化体育教学方案能够改善大学生的心理健康状况,且效果优于传统体育教学。

Abstract:In view of mental health status of college students, the study combined the advantages of physical education characteristics, effectively intervened college students' mental health to try to build a optimized physical education curriculum system for college students, and its experimental results was studied, and showed the experimental class students were significantly decreased in interpersonal factors, depression factor, anxiety and other factors than pre-test scores, and better than the control classes. Re- search design of this experiment showed that optimization of physical education programs can improve college students' mental health, and the effect is significantly superior to the traditional physical education.
