| 摘 要： | 学校管理制度伦理的突显是一个现代性事件,其内涵是指学校管理制度包含何种价值和依据何种价值标准来评判学校管理制度。它包括两个方面的内容:一是学校管理制度本身所蕴含的价值或价值追求,二是对学校管理制度的正当、合理与否所进行的道德评价。学校管理制度伦理的特征体现在四个方面:在表现形式上,具有客观性;在实施方式上,具有强制性;在价值诉求上,具有基础性;在演变形态上,具有历史性。
