摘    要:人性假设是人的实践活动的基本理论前提。教育,不管是其理论建构还是实践活动,必然建立在某种人性假设的基础之上。人性是一个发展变化的现实的整体,处于不断丰富和完善的过程中,是实践生成的。教育促进人性发展的完整性与丰富性,应以人性整体生成作为自身的人性假设。教育乃成人之学,应合人性地展开。
