| 摘 要： | 岩濑忠震（1818—1861）是德川幕府末期的中层官吏,也是近代日本政治舞台上最初的外交家之一,被誉为幕府末期三杰之一;他活跃在幕府末期开国的大变动时期,参加了影响日本历史进程的《日美友好通商条约》暨＂安政五国条约＂的谈判、签订活动,在日本从锁国走向开放的过程中起到了重要的推动作用。岩濑忠震对当时日本局势的判断及建言对日本早期现代化进程亦产生了不可轻视的积极影响。
