| 摘 要： | 当前,立法成本问题日益受到关注.如何降低立法成本成为各国立法工作必须考虑的问题.法律移植对于立法成本有降低作用.它主要通过降低立法自身成本、时间成本,增强法律稳定性,提高公民法律意识等来减少立法成本.当然,在进行法律移植后也要对受体环境进行改造,以使移植来的法律在该国能较好的发挥作用.
