| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料检索法、比较研究法、调查访谈法对美国高校健身课程与我院公共体育健身课进行了比较分析，结果表明在课程内容上存在不同差异，并据此对我院公共体育健身课改革发展提供参考性依据。
