| 摘 要： | 旨在通过对近年来中日两国大众体育现状调查报告的分析和比较，明确目前中日两国居民健康意识和体育意识的异同点。诸如，中日两国居民在保持增进健康和体力的措施、体育活动的开展、喜爱的体育活动、参加体育活动和没有参加体育活动的理由、对政府体育工作的要求等方面有哪些异同点。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis and comparison of the status quo of mass sports in China and Japan in recent years, the paper explores both similarities and differences in health and sports consciousness between Chinese and Japanese, from such aspects as measures to keep and improve health and strength, development of their favorite sports, reasons for their attendance in or absence from sports, and requirements on governmental efforts in sports. |
