| 摘 要： | 高校对学生的处分权是高校自主管理权的一项重要组成部分，也是高校独立自主办学的体现。如果处分权行使不当，会对学生的受教育权等权益产生不利影响。因此有必要厘清处分权行使的范围，恰当地约束这项权力，把处分权的行使纳入法治轨道。

| Abstract: | The right to take disciplinary action against students is not only an important component of self-control.but also a manifestation for colleges and universities to run independently. Improper adoption of disciplinary action against students will infringe students＇ right to education. Therefore it is necessary to define the scope of disciplinary action and restrain this right so as to put the exercise of disciplinary action under the rule of law. |
