摘    要:素质教育在我国已提出多年,但效果并不十分明显。为了从根本上解决长期以来教育领域严重存在的高分低能的状况,新课程改革势在必行。新课程对教师提出许多新的和更高的要求,首先,教师必须转变观念,树立新的学生观、教学观和教学方法论,只有这样,才能适应飞速发展的形势的需要。

Abstract:The quality education has been in effect for many years but its achievements are not so obvious. In order to solve the problem of long-existing "high marks but low ability" in China's education, the reform of new curriculum is imperative under the situation, which brings forward many newer and higher requirements for teachers, above all, teachers must change their ideas, establish a new idea for students, teaching, and a teaching method. Only in doing so, can we adapt ourselves to the need of fantastic development.
