| 摘 要： | 乐山城墙分为内外两道，是在明清时修缮完成的，目的是防水患、周边少为九民族的骚扰和人民扳抗。乐山内外墙墙的拆除是从１９２８年开始的，主要拆除了交通要道、规划地段先前 利于近代经济的发展和城市的建设，也有利于增强与外部世界物联系及形成市民近代意识。

Construction and Demolition of Leshan City Walls Since Ming Dynasty and City Modernization |

| Abstract: | City walls are the product of closed society and the result of underdeveloped economy. Leshan city walls, both interior and exterior, are built in the Ming and Qing dynasties, to guard against floods, harassing by the surrounding minorities, and the people's revolt. Its demolition starting in 1928 is focused on important lines of communication and programmed sections, to facilitate modern economy development, city construction, as well as enhancement of contact with the outside world and formation of its residents' modern consciousness. |
