| 摘 要： | 整个风险投资体系分为融资、投资和退出三个阶段,其中退出阶段是至关重要的阶段。当前我国风险投资由于受到诸多主客观因素的影响,退出通道不畅通的问题还比较突出,严重影响了我国风险投资的健康发展。为此,我们要从4个方面大力拓宽风险投资退出通道,推动我国风险投资事业的进步。

| Abstract: | The exit stage is the most important one in the whole venture capital system, which can be divided into three stages: fund-raising, investing, and exit. At present, the development of venture capital in China is very notable, but the problem of the impediments on the exit routes is still evident due to many subjective and objective factors, which have hampered the further development of venture capital in our country. To propel venture capital forward, we should endeavor to broaden the exit routes of venture capital from all aspects. |
