| 摘 要： | 通过永续盘存法分别计算了全国及高技术产业在1996—2006年期间每年的RD资本存量,研究了从1996—2006年这11年中全国及高技术产业的RD资本存量与高技术产业若干指标(工业总产值、工业增加值、利税总额、产品销售收入、新产品销售收入与专利申请项数)的相关性。结果表明,全国及高技术产业的RD资本存量都与高技术产业的这些指标具有较强的正相关关系。因此,在适当的范围内应加大全国及高技术产业的RD支出,以进一步增大RD资本存量。

| Abstract: | This paper calculates R&D stock and studies the correlation of R&D stock and some indicators (industrial output value,industrial added value,total profit and tax,products sales revenue,new products sales revenue and the number of patent applications) of China and high-tech industry during 1996-2006 by perpetual inventory method.
