| 摘 要： | 节约型社会需要与之对应的文化伦理的转型,节约型社会的伦理基础应当是对工业文明发展模式彻底反思基础上的发展伦理。发展伦理认为,传统发展模式是以挥霍性消费为前提的增长,本质上是以破坏生态为代价的挥霍性经济、非节约型经济,是与可持续发展相冲突的。发展伦理立足于人类的整体利益、生存利益和长远利益,将自然纳入伦理的调整范围,并通过“人为自己立法”的积极行动,实施有约束的发展模式,从而实现节约型社会的目标。

| Abstract: | To realize the sustainable development,the Chinese government proposes the strategy of building economical society because of material deficiency and environment pressure.But the economical society does not only apply the green technique but also needs a corresponding cultural & ethical transformation and the economical society's ethical foundation is development ethics,which has reflected the industry-civilization development pattern.The development ethics assumes that the growth of traditional development mode is in the term of luxury consumption and at the cost of environment worsening.In essence,the industry-civilization development pattern conflicts with the construction of economical society.Development ethics,which is based on humanity's integral interest,the existential interest and the long-term interest, brings nature into the scope of ethical adjustment,and applies the restrained development mode by positive action of "the person will legislate for oneself",thereby achieving the aim of economical society. |
