| 摘 要： | 教学实践是应用型本科教育的关键性环节,决定着应用型人才的质量水平,普通师范院校应用型人才培养实践教学体系的构建必须基于师范院校的实际情况,以市场需求为导向,立足于培养学生实践与应用能力,通过搭建应用型人才培养的实践教学平台,建设应用型人才培养的"双师型"师资队伍,改革应用型人才培养的实践教学方法,营造应用型人才培养的实践教学环境,以及加强应用型人才培养的实践教学管理等有效措施,为社会培养出高素质、高质量的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | The practice teaching is the key link of applied undergraduate education that decides the level of the quality of applied talents.The construction of practice teaching system of cultivating applied talents in normal universities must be based upon the actual situation of normal universities,take the market demand as the guidance,be established in cultivating students' practice and application ability,build the practice teaching platform,construct "double-qualified" teaching faculty,innovate the practice teaching methods,construct the practice teaching environment,strengthen the practice teaching management,and other efficient measures to cultivate high quality applied talents for society. |
