| 摘 要： | 高校学生在双向择业中,对自己、职业及其周围环境的认识、了解和推理、判断的不准确而容易产生择业偏差。择业偏差产生的心理原因主要包括对自我认知不准确,对职业认知不准确,对周围环境认知不准确。在辅导中,改变他们的择业观念,树立正确的择业认知,对他们进行认知心理辅导是非常重要的手段和非常有效的途径。认知心理辅导主要从合理的自我评价、理想的职业选择、正确面对现实三方面入手。

| Abstract: | College students easily produce job-hunting deviation due to their inaccurate recognizing,understanding,reasoning and judging of themselves,occupations and surrounding environment in the process of self-directed and double-directed job hunting.Against the bad job-hunting cognition,cognitive counseling is an important means and very valid way to change their job-hunting idea and build their correct job-hunting cognition in the course of counseling.Such counseling begins with reasonable self-evaluation,ideal job-hunting and correctly facing reality. |
