| 摘 要： | 义务教育阶段校际差距远比区域之间和区域内部教育不公平更为严重。区域间社会经济发展不平衡、城乡二元结构的发展模式、重点校政策、执法不严、社会阶层分化等诸多因素造成了这种差距。因此应采取建立健全教育经费投入机制,制定统一标准、规范化办学,均衡调配师资,扶持薄弱学校等综合措施予以缓解以逐步达到教育均衡发展的目的。

| Abstract: | There is a high development in education with the fast speed of economic growth since the reform and opening-up in our country.However,because of the low overall investment in education and the unreasonable investment in regional distribution,there is still no effective improvement of the unfair compulsory education in different areas,between schools and between urban and rural areas.So it is very important to have a correct understanding of the reasons and current situation of compulsory education interscholastic gap in our country and implement the reasonable policy and measures. |
