| 摘 要： | 本文介绍和分析了武汉软件外包的现状、业务类型及定位、未来的发展趋势及主要问题,指出了人才流失和省属高校对软件人才的培养不力是服务外包人才缺失的两大主要原因。在分析软件外包人才的结构特点、美国和印度外包人才培养经验的基础上,提出了省属高校对软件服务外包人才的定位,并提出了改革现有人才培养模式、强化实践教学、完善课程体系、培养双师型教师、营造外包氛围等建议。

| Abstract: | This article describes and analyzes the status of Wuhan software outsourcing,including,business type and location trends development in future and major disadvantages.It also points out two major reasons on the lack of software outsourcing talents.Those are brain drain of Wuhan and the local universities are inefficient in training software talents.Based on the analysis of the structural features of the software outsourcing talents and the personnel training experiences of America an India,it proposes the orientation of the local universities in personnel training of software service outsourcing talents.And it gives some advices to the Universities,such as reform of the existing training model,strengthening the practice of teach,improving the curriculum system,cultivation of dual-qualified teachers,and to provide an environment and atmosphere of outsourcing. |
