| 摘 要： | 对河北易县所产的松籽壳进行了色素提取和理化性能研究。研究表明:松籽壳色素水溶性好,对光、热的耐受性强。当pH为6～14时,色素稳定性好。对于多种金属离子的作用不显著,色素对氧化剂H2O2的耐受能力较差,对还原剂VC的耐受能力强。

| Abstract: | The pigment was extracted from pinen ut shell in Yixian county,Hebei prov ince,and then its physical and chemical perfo rmance was studied.The study shows t hat it has good light and heat resistance as well as good solub itity.It is stable within pH6-14.It doesn' t react too much to various metal ions,has less risista nce capability against oxidizing ag ent H2O2 and has better endurance capability against reducing agent-Vc. |
