| 摘 要： | 政治文化作为深层次的社会政治现象，对人类社会一切政治现象的存在和发展具有重大影响。中国传统政治文化中的“家长本位”、崇尚“礼治”、“权力本位”思想已经成为中国走向全面现代化的深层障碍。因此，中国在推进政治民主化进程中．越须实现传统政治文化由家长本位走向民主，人治走向法治，权力本位走向权利本位和子民意识走向公民意识的现代化转变。

| Abstract: | As a profound political phenomenon in society,the political culture has the significant influence on the existence and the development of all the political phenomena in human society.Such thoughts as "the parental orientation",the advocacy of "rule by ritual","the authority orientation "in the traditional political culture of China have already become a in-depth barrier to move towards all-round modernization of China.Therefore,in the process of promoting the political democratization,China must realize the modern shift from the parental orientation to the democracy,the rule by people to the rule by law,the authority orientation to the right orientation and the consciousness of subjects to the consciousness of citizens in the traditional political culture. |
