| 摘 要： | 邓小平社会主义荣辱观的根本宗旨,是立足于＂文化大革命＂结束后中国经济文化落后的社会现实,突出强调解放和发展社会生产力,千方百计增加人民收入,提高人民的生活水平。她也是中国共产党在建设中国特色社会主义过程中始终高扬的荣辱观的根本宗旨。邓小平荣辱观是中国走上中国特色社会主义道路的一个强大动力。立足于邓小平社会主义荣辱观的根本宗旨,邓小平在改革开放新时期展开了气势恢宏的理论创新,而这些理论创新形成了一个科学的理论体系,构建起了建设中国特色社会主义的理论框架。坚持以邓小平荣辱观为指导,是发展中国特色社会主义的根本。
