师幼对话失真的客观分析

摘    要:根据《幼儿园教育纲要》的指导精神,师幼对话是实现师幼互动的高级形式,也是师幼平等的体现。但是,当前师幼对话失真的情况较为普遍。通过阐述师幼对话的内涵、理论依据及其失真原因,提出促使师幼对话成真的几个有效对策。

Abstract:According to the spirit of Guidelines for Kindergarten Education, the dialogue between teachers and children is an advanced form of attaining the interaction between them, and the reflection of the equality between them. However, the distortion often exists in the conversation between teachers and children at present. This paper elaborates connotation of the conversation between teachers and children, the reason for distortion and gives the effective countermeasures to attain the authentic conversation between teachers and children.
